This high-grade candy thermometer registers up to 400 degrees F. Set in an enameled steel frame, it features a steel clip for attaching to flat surfaces. Do not heat honey without using a good thermometer. Overheating honey will darken the color and alter the flavor. Also good for making candy boards.
